Policites For Our Colorado Vacation Rentals

  • Nightly rate based on minimum occupancy.
  • Some cabins can accommodate roll-away beds $25/night.
  • Quoted rates are for confirmed reservations only.
  • All rates subject to a 7.7% sales tax.
  • 3 nights or 40% is due when making the reservation.
  • Refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Non-Refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
  • Major holidays are sold at Peak Rates: Christmas, New Year, 4th of July.
  • Cable TV and high speed internet available in every unit.
  • Cribs and high chairs available on request.
  • No smoking on the property.
  • No pets.
